Reductions:

Group reductions

Groups from 10 to 19 persons with a group ticket get a 5% reduction, from 20 to 49 persons 7% reduction, from up to 50 10% reduction.

School classes: Grade 1 –7: minors’ ticket with a 10 % reduction.

Grade 8 –13: regular ticket with a 30 % reduction. One accompanying

person per 30 students is free of charge.

Familiy-Pass-holders get a 10 % reduction on minors’ and adults’ ticket prices.

Family Saving Ticket: On Tuesdays and Thursday we pay only for two adults and one child; any further child is free of charge on all lines and roundtrips.

Friday = Family Day: Accompanied by full paying adults up to four own children ride free of charge on all lines and roundtrips.

On scheduled trips and roundtrips, people celebrating their birthday get a free ride.

Handicapped persons cannot be transported free of charge, as the law for free transportation of handicapped people does not apply to transportation on passenger ships (see BGBL of 07/09/1979, page 989 ff).

Form of payment

For technical reasons:

Please have Euros in cash ready for payment, even for group tickets. Thank you for your understanding.

VAT is included in all prices.

Liability and complaints

No liability in case of cancellations and late arrivals. Schedule and fare are subject to alterations. No tickets will be reimbursed in case a passenger does not appear for the trip paid for or leaves the ship early.

Complaints regarding change or prices for tickets cannot be accepted at a later time. Fee for reimbursement: 6.00 EUR.

In case of any misunderstanding the printed schedule is binding.

On Mondays charters only.
Saturdays on booking in advance only.
Public holidays as Sundays.

The trips listed will take place with a minimum of 30 adult participants.
Further trips may be arranged for parties having booked in advance.

At Hochberg, Klein-Ingersheim, Kirchheim, Lauffen and Heilbronn, our ships only stop on special request.

Advice for wheelchair users: Due to the flood dikes the only opportunity to board a ship at ground level and free of steps is at Ludwigsburg-Hoheneck and Hessigheim.

Bicycles can be transported only limited. Fare for bicycles: 6.00 EUR per single trip, if space available. On Tuesdays and Fridays (except for public holidays), upriver from 14.00h on 3.00 EUR only.
