Pier Wilhelma, “Kartenhäusle”/ticket office:

Location:
left Neckar side, Neckar kilometer 182. 5, opposite is the Wilhelma Zoo. The MS Bad Cannstatt, directly behind the Karten­häusle, is well re­cog­niz­able despite the con­struc­tion sites, see in­for­ma­tion below. An on-site signage is existing.

Entry:
Between 20 and 30 steps to the ships. (Please under­stand that we are unable to help wheel­chair users to board. We hope that the ground-level Pier Mühlgrün near by will soon be opened for access. Applications have been made. As of 2019)

Public transport:
With VVS, (subway), you reach the landing stage Wilhelma with U14 (Wilhelma), U1 or U2 (Mercedes­straße), U13 (Rosen­stein­brücke/Rosen­stein Bridge) or bus lines 52, 55, 56 (Rosen­stein Bridge).

Arrival by car:
Coming from Heil­bronn Würz­burg: A81, exit Stuttgart-Zuffen­hausen (No. 17), B10 towards the city centre as far as Wilhelma.

Coming from Ulm/Munich: A8 exit Wend­lingen (no. 55), B313 to Plochin­gen, then drive on the B10 in the direction of Stutt­gart to Wilhelma.

Coming from Singen: From the Stuttgart motor­way junction (No. 20), take the A831 and B14 towards the city centre as far as Wilhelma.

The access roads to the zoo Wil­helma near the pier wilhelma are usually marked with the elephant symbol (from the city limits).
